IMPORTANT- Do not scan and upload photos that are completely torn in half. Those photos must be MAILED to us. Only scan and upload photos that are in one piece!
Before You Scan Your Photos-Scanning Photo Instructions
1. Before placing your photo on top of your scanner ensure that your scanner glass has been cleaned properly and is free from all dust or smudges, this will ensure that your photo will be scanned cleanly.
- 2. Place photo face down on glass with the back of the photo facing up as in the example on left.
Contact Form / Upload Photos Instructions
Fill out all the (*) required fields in the Contact Form / Uploads Photos. After you have filled out all of your information click on the browse button as in the example on the left and find where you saved your photo. Once you've found your photo in your computer click on the file and it will appear in the UPLOAD PHOTO BOX.
Maximum photos you can upload at one time are 5. Remember we only accept JPEG files and if the photo is smaller than 5x7 it should have been scanned at 600 dpi. Any photo 5x7 or larger should have been scanned at 300dpi.
Now press the SEND button and all the information will be uploaded to us. How fast your computer is will determine how quickly the information will upload to us so BE PATIENT!

The Next Step After Scanning & Contact Form
Once we received your photo(s) you will receive a confirmation email and work will begin immediately. If anything is unclear in your instructions our CUSTOMER SERVICE. department will contact you before work is to begin.
When your photo(s) are completed we will email them back to with a side-by-side comparison and the word PROOF on the photo we worked on.
Once approved by you, you will email them back to us. Go to our ORDER page and use PAY PAL and the credit card of your choice. Once we have received payment you will receive your photo(s).
