The Most F.A.Q.'s
Q. How do you actually Restore/Retouch photos that are sent to you?
A. First and foremost MEND A PIC never touches nor works on any original photo(s) that are sent. We have the very best digital photo software programs not available to consumers or anyone else. This sets us apart from the competition because our photo software programs were actually written by some of our in-house professional artists.
When your photos are mailed to us they are scanned at the highest picture resolution for superior picture quality or enlargement. Each restoration always presents a new challenge and MEND A PIC only employs professional artists with many years in the business to meet those challenges.
Q. I prefer not to mail my original photos what can I do?
